Care & Co | Match provides a range of services to help individuals and families navigate aged care, home care, retirement living, and related services in Australia. These include:

Free tools and resources – such as our search directory, guides, and comparison features.

Self-service planning tools – including the Life Map Quiz and Shortlist Select, which help users identify and compare care options.

Concierge services – fee-based support where Care Concierges provide personalised guidance, shortlisting, and placement services.

Employee benefits and financial adviser channels – where access to some services may be offered by employers, funds, or advisers as part of a benefit program.

This Site and its tools are intended for general informational purposes only. Care & Co | Match does not itself provide aged care, health care, medical services, or financial advice.

2. Accounts and Registration

Some Site features may require you to register for an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Fees and Payment

Some services, including Care Concierge packages and Shortlist Select, require payment. Fees for these services are displayed on the Site and may change from time to time.

Payment is processed through a secure third-party payment provider. Care & Co does not store credit or debit card details.

Where services are subsidised or provided through an employer or financial adviser program, additional terms may apply.

4. Use of the Site

You must not:

- Use the Site for unlawful purposes or in violation of any laws or regulations.

- Reproduce, republish, or redistribute Site content without permission.

- Misuse the Site to transmit spam, impersonate others, or harass, abuse, or harm others.
